How to evaluate any provider against Harare
- Ask what happens to the workflow during an 18-hour power cut at your premises. If the answer involves your laptop, keep looking.
- Ask where customer data is processed and stored, and whether that satisfies your reading of the Cyber and Data Protection Act.
- Ask how the invoice step reaches a fiscal device.
- Ask for the currency field and the rate-date field in every template.
