Serving clients across Zimbabwe. No Harare street address is published because none is verified yet.

AI Automated Solutions builds AI agents, WhatsApp and CRM automation, voice agents, booking and workflow automation. It also operates a network of Zimbabwe-focused publications, each with one job: Zimbabwe AI (national research and directory), ZimAI community (events, learning, careers), Business AI, Enterprise AI, AI Agent, AI Services, the Zvino platform brand, and this site. Eigenstate Systems (physical intelligence, computer vision, industrial systems) is a related company under the same founder.

Author

Evert Vorster is the founder of AI Automated Solutions and of Eigenstate Systems. He has designed automation for small and mid-sized businesses (WhatsApp, CRM, booking and voice workflows) and physical-intelligence systems for industrial and mining clients, including design work in Zimbabwe. He writes every article on this site under his own name; there are no invented contributors.

What he does not do here: quote statistics without a source, name clients without permission, or describe a deployment that has not happened. Corrections are welcome and are logged.

Why a Harare site at all

Because "AI in Zimbabwe" is not the same question as "what should a Graniteside wholesaler automate given FDMS and an inverter". The national picture belongs to Zimbabwe AI; the how-to-cost question belongs to Business AI. What was missing was a city map: districts, hubs, connectivity, power, events, and an index that puts a business type in a place with its constraints. That is this site's whole job.

The design is deliberately a publication, not a landing page: one accent colour (jacaranda, the tree that lines the city's streets), one typeface, ruled tables, a schematic map, and no photography — so nothing on the page is decorative.
