Privacy notice

Browsing. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and capacity. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled they are aggregated and do not identify you; the site's base layout marks exactly where such a snippet would go so it can be audited.

Contact. If you email or message us on WhatsApp we hold your name, number or address and what you wrote, to reply and, if you ask for a consultation, to prepare for it. WhatsApp messages are also processed by Meta under its own terms.

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after the last contact unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement governs. You may ask what we hold, ask for correction or deletion, or object to processing by writing to ai@aiautomatedsolutions.net. The publisher, AI Automated Solutions, is based in South Africa and processes personal information under POPIA; for Zimbabwean residents the Cyber and Data Protection Act applies and POTRAZ is the Data Protection Authority.

We do not sell or share enquiry data with anyone outside the publisher and its related company Eigenstate Systems, and only then if your enquiry concerns its work.
